Urmmmm anyone can help me cos when i just created a charater & play. First theres this lady introducing this Game to me & she ask to talk to the StarterPack NPC but when i click it nothing poped out & suddenly im disconnected from the server.??? Please help me, im new to Private server

It probably means you dont have all the wz. files downloaded.

I suggest either trying to re-insert the custom ".wz" files into your PS (private server) folder or re-installing MS entirely and re-download the ".wz" files to stay on the safe side of things. (:
