This thread is being created to help maintain the stability of the client by having the community explain how they've either disconnected or had their client crash (in-game preferably). I hope this thread helps the developers and coders produce a high-quality experience for us.

As soon as I use the "Power Knock-Back" skill for Hunters, my client closes and I am brought to my desktop with this message:
error code : 5 (Access is denied.)

As I attempt to enter the "Magatia Studio" area of the "Family Studio Waiting Room", my client crashes and I receive this message:

error code : -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)

As for the skill bugs that dc you, we will be working on that. As for the map bugs, the -214xxxxxxx error shows that the map is missing, we will try and add the maps the next update (Big-Bang-NYAN! Click here to view the official update thread!)
