i'm an ex-gm in sexyms and noobms i'm sure someone could confirm these both somehow i guess i know acouple people who i could get to confirm like rebel.
in noobms i'm not sure a lot of people could confirm it cause it's a pretty old server

How you will help us:
by being myself and doing my job.

Reasons for applying:
because all the current gms aren't to good.

First thing you would change:
not having jump quests as events every hour.

List some of the rules:
no multipule accounts.
no editing files or anything.
no hacking.

Why are these rules important?
gives people an advantage in the game.

Should you ever break these rules?
nope.

Why are you special?
i can packet edit pretty good, and wz edit. i use to wz edit for some smaller servers and i did release a lot of stuff on ragezone and if needed i can link you guys to some of it i guess.
packet editing isn't really something that could help so i'm not gonna name anything really about it.

You could add some more content in the questions.
And one thing that bothers me is, you said you are applying because there are bad GM's( okay nothing against it) , but could you give us some examples? Aren't we supposed to correct our mistakes, if you don't tell us we cannot correct it. Everyone hates it to get criticized.
Besides, your reason is irrelevant, you stated that you apply because of bad GM's, but in your previous answer you said:
"How could you help us: By being myself and doing my job"
So I don't think you really put a lot of effort in it, also looking at your short answers. Please put some more effort in it and show what you can do, because the only thing I see you doing is annoying other people with your friends (even though it's fun) there has to be a limit.
